Trauma yoga understands some of the specific needs of someone with trauma and considers this in a general class.
Restorative yoga is about ease, comfort and support-listen to your body. It is about being gentle and accepting, non-judgmental of yourself.
Patricia also has a Healing Love sessions to help woman with lack of sex drive , issues with getting pregnant, menstrual cramps. These sessions are in person private sessions .

In Integral Yoga classes we practice pranayama (breathing techniques), asanas (postures), deep relaxation, meditation and mantra chanting. Meditation & Yoga nidra with singing bowls and Fen Gong Teacher~ Patricia Duarte My personal concern and desire is to touch people on a physical, emotional and mental level by using singing bowls. I believe that sound can touch the human soul in such a special an intimate manner that cannot be reached in different way. To listen to oneself and to be aware of one´s own body in the sound of singing bowls, gongs and mantras is one of the deepest experiences one can encounter.
Scientists were able to find evidence of positive effects on efficient stress processing. It takes people into a deep and healing relaxation and support as well as improve the body awareness. This is how we can reconnect our yoga students with their personal vibration, their inner joy and their wisdom. Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation. We will chant Mantras and meditate together and with the yoga nidra session we will relax our body and mind and restore our energy. Wednesdays ~ 7:30 pm Saldanha

Shakti Yoga Dance Teacher ~ Patricia Duarte Shakti yoga dance is yoga therapy for women, to help them having well being and vital energy in all the phases of their lives. In Shakti Yoga Dance you will learn how to do a choreography with your favorite postures, balance chakras and awake the Goddess within you.
In these classes we will work with all the chakras, balancing our energy and harmonizing our energy center. We will feel the energy of our body, the freedom of moving and dancing and we will unlock the blocked energy that is preventing us from feeling true happiness. We will practice different movements and exercises to awake the kundalini, our female energy. It is a organic dance, respecting our female nature. Workshop once a month
