Padma Yoga's 100 hours certified training must agree with the standards from Yoga Alliance International from India. You will have a great experience and learn how to be a great teacher in a wonderful natural environment, surrounded with breathtaking tropical nature. Only 30 minutes from the most beautiful beaches in the pacific coast, like Esterillos y Manuel António National Park.
The training is in an amazing villa. This unique 4 bedroom villa, has amazing gardens and is in front of from Playa Hermosa, with safe swimming and the famous sunsets. The House has an infinit swimming pool, a secure gated entrance, and spacious living areas. The mature tropical gardens provide shade and attract local wildlife that you’ll see daily….this is chilled living.

The house has a large, gated parking area, so groups who have rented vehicles will have no problems. Hermosa is a small beach town and you can walk everywhere safely. 
There are numerous beaches a short drive away, as well as bars, restaurants, golf courses, and supermarkets.
Opportunities to swim, snorkel, sail, walk, and trek are plentiful, as are opportunities to experience the diversity of the local tropical wildlife - birdlife, in particular, is abundant and Humming Birds, Parakeets, and Golden Orioles are regularly spotted!

We cook mainly vegetarian, with fresh vegetables. No sugar, no coffee, only herbal teas:-)

Arrival information:
You can fly to San José airport and take a Interbus to Playa Hermosa, Jacó . Interbus picks you up at your Hotel. You can also get a cab. It is about 1h15 from San José Airport. The course starts at 2 pm on the first day. You can arrive in the morning. You can also arrive in the evening on the day before.
