Patrícia helps and trains the people in any part of the world to use their inner power for a happy and fullfiled life , using the power of breath and sexual energy to relax, cure and energize their body. Through old tantric and taoism teachings you will learn to focus and expand your mind, calm and balance your emotions, and grow spiritually. Yoga helps in stress situation, imsonia, breath problems. Patricia is expert in restorative yoga, trauma sensitive yoga for servere anxiety and for students with post trauma stress disorder(PTSD): She is also expert in Yoga for woman to help woman with menopause, lack of libido, painfull menstruation or pregnancy issues.
Students with Pos traumatic stress disorder are welcome to come to group classes, because i am able to teach and support them during the class.

My workshops and classes are open to everyone from different cultures or religion, sexual orientation and to all ages. I am happy to attend you.

We will work with the different elements of the Universe that you can find in our body and work with the chakras. We will balance each chakra through specific movements for each cakra. With each music we will work on a different chakra, and liberate all the tensions in our body and all kinds of blockages that could be blocking us from feeling real happiness. Thai Yoga Massage uses an energy line system—the Ten Sen—through which the body's natural life force flows. Blockages in this life force cause aches, pains and disease.The therapist uses hands, feet and elbows to apply pressure to important points on the energy lines, together with gentle stretching and applied Hatha Yoga. This releases blocked energy and frees the body's healing potential, restoring balance and harmony.

Thai Yoga Massage treats ailments such as headache, knee pain, back, shoulder and neck pain, premenstrual tension and others. It is especially effective for numbness or loss of feeling in conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis, or after a stroke, and can help with pain relief during labor.

The treatment improves flexibility, relaxes, restores and energizes.

You can be any age, shape, or size to give and receive Thai Yoga Massage.
