Enjoy a different week in the tropical beach in amazing Costa Rica. Enjoy nature, do yoga, meditate, find yourself, listen to your heart, receive a massage, smell the ocean, walk on the beach, and enjoy the sunset. Nowadays, it is necessary to break the rhythm and find time for yourself, time to meditate and pay attention to what is happening around you and inside of you. With yoga and guided meditation, you will learn how to find inner peace and balance your chakras, feeling joy and genuine happiness.
With ancestral Tantra Yoga & Meditation we will strength our inner power, our inner fire, we will do ancestral exercises to awake Kundalini and to balance our chakras.

This retreat is for men and women that are on the path of self awareness and spiritual growth.  Shakti yoga dance is yoga therapy for women, to help them having well being and vital energy in all the phases of their lifes. Program:
Day 1:
*10:00 Check-in opens
*16:00 Welcome detox drink
*17:00 Yoga and Meditation
*19:00 Light dinner

-Day 2 - Day 6:
*08:00 Cleaning and mantras chanting
*08:15 - 9:45 Yoga and meditation
*9:30 Healthy breakfast
*10:00 - 17:00 Free time for your 30 minutes  Reiki or Healing sound with Singing bowls treatment. Enjoy sunbathing and swimming on the beach or just relax in the swimming pool with its great view of Panama Bay. Free time of your choice; horseback riding, stand-up paddle, sup yoga, walk in the area, snorkeling in the pacific ocean, shopping, and more!

-Additional activities
*On Tuesday, there will be a Chakra balancing workshop at 10h00 a.m.
*On Thursday, there will be a meditation night with singing bowls
*Wednesday or Friday - a 3 hours sunset boat trip
Our 100  hours certified training must agree with the standards from Yoga Alliance International India.
You will have a great experience and learn how to be a great teacher in a wonderful natural environment, surrounded with nature, close to beautiful beaches.

Teachers are certified by Yoga Alliance from India and have a lot of experience teaching.
With our certification you will be able to teach in schools, gyms, hotels, nursing homes.

The 100 hours includes asanas, mantras, mudras, pranayama, yoga nidra, meditation, chakras, philosophy and history !

Evaluation
Make a written test in the last day and give a yoga class, write an essay about
various topics and make a video of a class (have 3 months to do so, but you can do it in 1 week:-)

Pick up: We offer pick up from Liberia (LIR) Airport for 50€. The training starts around 2pm on the 1st day. You can arrive in the morning.
What to bring: sun cream, bikini, repellent,  flipflops, sun glasses, yoga clothes and yoga matt.

8 DAYS CHAKRAS BALANCING YOGA RETREAT

Nowadays  it is necessary to break the rhythm and find time for yourself, time to  meditate and pay attention to what is happening around you and inside  of you. Enjoy  the nature, find your self, listen to your heart,  receive a massage, smell the ocean, walk on the beach, enjoy the sunset.
With guided meditation and very easy techniques we will  find inner peace. Come and find how! 

The retreat is in the amazing Villa Playa Hermosa. This beatifull  is guaranteed to provide you with mesmerising views, privacy and tropical luxury.
This unique villa is large and you will be greeted with calmness and cool comfort as you enter.
The villa is only 20 minutes from Liberia Airport and has 4 individually designed en-suite bedrooms .
There are numerous beaches a short drive away, as well as bars, restaurants, golf courses and supermarkets. Opportunities to swim, snorkel, sail,  walk and trek are plentiful, as are opportunities to experience the diversity of the local tropical wildlife - bird life in particular is abundant and Humming Birds, Parakeets and Golden Orioles are seen regularly

You will also have the advantage of an on-site manager/concierge who can arrange everything from airport transfers, chef services, spa treatments, local transport, excursions and anything else that might make your trip to Costa Rica one that you will never forget.

Pick up: Villa is approximately 15-20 mins from Liberia International Airport, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. The code for this airport is LIR. Once you have reached Liberia, we can arrange transport directly to the villa for you, or arrange for hire vehicles that you can pick up at the airport.
